Terms of Service

Welcome to VONNE MAISON. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vonnemaison.com, including browsing the Showroom, submitting acquisitions, using the Private Bag and checkout, entering the Private Lounge, and contacting Concierge.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Maison.

1. The Maison

VONNE MAISON is a private fashion house offering luxury apparel, accessories, and related client services. The digital maison presents seasonal collections, lookbook studies, and private acquisition pathways. Product availability, private drops, and lounge exclusives may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order, create a lounge session, or submit personal information for acquisitions. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including names, logos, crests, monograms, product imagery, lookbook photography, copy, design systems, and software — is owned by VONNE MAISON or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.

You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or exploit any Maison content or marks without our prior written consent.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, imagery, materials, sizing guidance, and pricing. Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or atelier production. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site (typically USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect information, including obvious pricing mistakes.

5. Orders & Acquisitions

Adding items to the Private Bag does not reserve inventory. An order or acquisition request becomes binding only when we accept it and payment is authorized or arranged according to the selected checkout method.

Checkout may proceed through:

  • Card payment — processed securely by Stripe when card checkout is enabled.
  • Concierge checkout — available to authenticated Private Lounge patrons; payment and delivery are arranged privately with the Maison after confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate shipping, contact, and payment information. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, export restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payment

For card checkout, payment is collected by our processor at the time of purchase. For concierge acquisitions, payment terms are confirmed privately and may include bank transfer, arranged card charge, or other methods agreed with Concierge.

Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law, subject to full payment. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated for a specific dispatch.

7. Shipping, Duties & Returns

Shipping windows, courier methods, international guidance, and return eligibility are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Clients are responsible for accurate destination details. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international deliveries may apply and, unless expressly included, remain the client’s responsibility.

8. Private Lounge

Private Lounge access is granted by invitation or exclusive credential and is personal and non-transferable. You must keep credentials confidential. Sharing, selling, or publicly posting lounge credentials may result in immediate revocation without notice.

Lounge features — including exclusive pieces, early collection previews, appointments, and concierge checkout — may change or be discontinued at our discretion. Access does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

9. Concierge & Appointments

Concierge communications and appointment requests are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific date, piece, or outcome. The Maison may decline requests that conflict with house standards, inventory limits, or these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to lounge areas, accounts, servers, or data.
  • Interfere with site security, performance, or other users’ experience.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract content or overwhelm the service without permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when placing orders or requesting access.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing for a specific product, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VONNE MAISON disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that product colors and finishes will match your display exactly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VONNE MAISON and its officers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to VONNE MAISON for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VONNE MAISON from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state law designated by VONNE MAISON for commercial operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before formal proceedings, please contact Concierge so we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction designated by the Maison, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will reflect the revision. Material changes may also be communicated by notice on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
