Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VONNE MAISON (“VONNE MAISON,” “we,” “us,” or “the Maison”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit vonnemaison.com, submit an acquisition or concierge request, enter the Private Lounge, or otherwise engage with our services.

We collect only what is required to serve clients with discretion. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the site or submit personal information to us.

1. Who We Are

VONNE MAISON operates a private digital maison offering luxury apparel, accessories, and related concierge services. For privacy inquiries, contact our Concierge desk at concierge@vonnemaison.com.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you engage with the Maison, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact data — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses.
  • Order & acquisition data — items requested or purchased, size selections, order history, payment status, and delivery preferences.
  • Concierge communications — messages, appointment requests, and related correspondence submitted through our forms or email.
  • Private Lounge data — authentication credentials (as hashed or tokenized records), session identifiers, linked patron email, and portal activity necessary to protect private areas of the site.
  • Payment-related data — limited transaction metadata from our payment processor. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored on VONNE MAISON servers.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP, collected through server logs and essential cookies/sessions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or precise geolocation data) unless you voluntarily provide related details in a concierge message.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process acquisitions, arrange payment, prepare and ship orders, and provide order updates.
  • Respond to concierge inquiries, schedule appointments, and deliver client care.
  • Authenticate Private Lounge access and protect exclusive content and member services.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website (including fraud prevention, debugging, and performance).
  • Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notices, credential or security alerts).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis (including the GDPR/UK GDPR), we process information on the basis of: contract performance (fulfilling orders and lounge access), legitimate interests (security, site operations, fraud prevention), consent (where requested), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements).

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use essential cookies and server sessions to operate the Private Bag (cart), checkout flow, CSRF protection, and Private Lounge authentication. These are required for the site to function.

We do not currently deploy third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or choice controls.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Payment processors — Stripe, to complete card payments securely.
  • Logistics & fulfilment partners — couriers and warehouse partners, limited to delivery details.
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers — to operate and secure the website and email systems.
  • Professional advisors — legal, accounting, or security advisors under confidentiality.
  • Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the Maison, clients, or the public.

Service providers are engaged under contractual confidentiality and may process data only for the purposes we instruct.

7. International Transfers

VONNE MAISON serves clients internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: order and transaction records for accounting and warranty periods; concierge correspondence for client-care continuity; lounge authentication and security logs for a limited period to protect private access; and longer where required by law.

When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the data in a secure manner.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, hashed or tokenized lounge credentials, and secured hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict certain personal information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and to request a portable copy of data you provided.

California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any privacy right, email concierge@vonnemaison.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Maison is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact Concierge and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party services (for example, payment or social platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
