This Privacy Policy explains how VONNE MAISON (“VONNE MAISON,” “we,” “us,” or “the Maison”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit vonnemaison.com, submit an acquisition or concierge request, enter the Private Lounge, or otherwise engage with our services.
We collect only what is required to serve clients with discretion. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the site or submit personal information to us.

We use essential cookies and server sessions to operate the Private Bag (cart), checkout flow, CSRF protection, and Private Lounge authentication. These are required for the site to function.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, hashed or tokenized lounge credentials, and secured hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict certain personal information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and to request a portable copy of data you provided.
California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

The Maison is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact Concierge and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
